Paid Subscriptions

GSN does not offer any paid membership or subscription services. All online events and content are available free of charge for registered users.

Content Ownership

Except where explicitly stated, GSN owns all text, images, logos, videos, and other content on our website or platforms (collectively, “Site Content”).

Trademarks

The GeospatialNext name, logo, and branding are our property. Do not use them without our prior written permission.

Licenses and Hyperlinks

You are welcome to link to GSN content. You may share snippets of our content on your own website only with prior permission. Please contact hello@geospatialnext.org with your URL and content details. You must credit GSN and not associate our content with illegal or objectionable material.

Prohibited Usage

You may not use GSN content or services in any way that could harm us, our users, or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accessing content or data you are not authorized to use.

  • Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape content.

  • Using content for training AI, generative models, or software development without permission.

  • Circumventing any technological restrictions, security measures, or access limits.

  • Overloading our network or infrastructure in any way.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on GSN violates your copyright, please email hello@geospatialnext.org with:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • URL of the content in question

  • Description of the issue

  • Statement asserting your copyright claim

We will review complaints and take action if necessary, including removing content.

Online Event Disclaimer

GSN events are online and streamed across multiple platforms (including YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn). Access is free for registered attendees. Sponsors may receive visibility and engagement opportunities only for participants who express interest in their specific sessions.
